  Dr. Tchamba is a seasoned academic professional with 15+ years of program evaluation and research experience in the academic sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for executing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, as well as for evaluating programs and conducting research, she has a history of contributing directly to academic knowledge throughout her career. Professional focal points include program evaluation, consulting, academic research, program management and development, literature reviews, teaching, performance assessment, cross-functional team leadership, surveys, qualitative and quantitative analysis, report writing, and project management. Delivering superior administration in the latter areas of expertise requires the utilization of effective communication skills, grant writing skills, as well as academic acumen, data collection, research management, and resource management to support efficiency and maximum returns. 

Currently, she is the Founder & CEO of ADR Evaluation Consulting, LLC. She orchestrates grant writing, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and report writing to support organizations. She also furnishes expert advice to grow and restore organizations. In addition, Dr. Tchamba liaises with senior leadership, organization members, and evaluation teams to ensure the company’s evaluation support structure is driving the business forward with maximum results.
